hey carey, how was your training ? and how did you go personally mate? hope all is working out ..

smasha old son didnt have much of a bowl thursday but sorted my problems out yesterday i found bowling closer to the stumps defaintly helped and also getting my front arm higher helped to but all in all felt alot more comifortable bowler yesterday i must thank you, hearder and giggs for the advise..........
