I’m watching the A’s on frog box and can see the oval behind. Looks like the lads are still in their warm up gear now.

Covers coming off again.

Only three times this season teams have scored more than 200 against Kensington;

Uni 7/257 Uni to hold on for a draw in R12.
Glenelg scored 210, which was not enough in R5.
Port hit 8/323 dec in R1.

Nielsen’s highest score for West Torrens is 46.
Capel hasn’t had his best season, but has dug in for 30 - I think the game rests with him batting through and others chipping in around him.

Big ask!

How late can they play tonight?

Looks like Port are going to struggle to get back in front

West Torrens might end up with a T20 type of chase

Just **** play. There’s no more cricket to be played on the pitch after this. Unless it’s dangerous for the bowlers. Kensington didn’t look like they were complaining - just the umpires being precious. There won’t be enough time now. If they’re not playing in this they’re not going to get it finished.

Presume they’d play till at least 7 if conditions allow? 16 overs per hour? About 35 I’d guess.

Nielsen, as usual, makes batting look easy and gets himself out taking a risk not needed.
