In not sure who originally came up with the name, but Adelaide Hawk seconded it.

I have 331 Woodville players listed from 1964 to 1990, but your list has 338 players.

Legs11 should be able to find out if the yearbooks you have might have omitted a player or two though, and Geoff/Graham Mitchell.

I thought Stephen Mazey only played seniors at Norwood

In 1985 he played with Woodville.

My tally is 332. You have David Schutt 1975 3 games but no Dean Schutz 1977 5 games 7 goals. He also played for Glenelg.

I note that Jamie Blight (Malcolm's cousin) is not on this list. I used to know Jamie and he claimed he had played 3 senior games for Woodville in the early 80s (probably about 1982). I guess these may have been Escort Cup matches but he certainly talked about them as being in the season proper.

For all those of you just yearning to know why Malcolm Blight's cousin didn't kick on, Jamie blamed it on a shhirt front from Ugo Colasante.

Adelaide Hawk should be able to check on that.
