Prelim final crowds since 1991

I know last year's got an all time low of 5988.

I think 8000 is really disappointing. Its what I expected but still......

As much as North dominated the crowd I still think there should have been more North there. Noone gives a stuff about the comp anymore. Can someone explain how West Eagles got ten and north eagles got eight?

To me that shows a significant drop off in interest in the comp in the past 3 years. I know crowd figures are up but finals is a true measure because the non every weekers go and we are rapidly losing them.

But the SANFL will now probably put out some media release saying how the crowd was a 34% improvement on last year, and pretend that everything is great and shy away from the real issues.
