Unidentified Centrals Player

My Mum does a lot of volunteer work at Centrals and at the moment she is going through all their archived boxes of photos and sorting them out along with identifying the players that are in them. She has found this photo and no one can identify him! Does anyone know who he is...

Slightly off this topic but who was the Centrals player in the late 80's, lanky left footer, could kick it a long way and IIRC often wore long sleeves. Pretty sure he wore no 7 ?
