Coming from 5th spot at the end of the Home & Away season to win the flag.
I know Norwood did it in 1984 in the League, and West Adelaide did it in the U/18's in 2014, but how many other teams have achieved this feat in the SANFL?

I think centrals reserves did it 2 or 3 seasons back. I think thay were last with 5 rounds to go and made 5th spot and kept on winning .

Port were 4th in 1998
These occasions saw a team win from 5th place, keep in mind that there was only a final 4 in the 19s and 17s from 1991 to 2004 inclusive:
League
Norwood - 1984
Reserves
Torrens - 1990
Eagles - 2000
Central - 2012
Under 19/18s
West - 1978
Torrens - 1989
West - 2014
These teams won it from 4th with the final 5 in place:
League
Port - 1998
Reserves
South - 1979
Woodville - 1987
Glenelg - 2009
Under 19/18s
Norwood - 1990
Under 17s
Central - 1977
Sturt - 1980
Norwood - 1983
