I doubt there's an actual official best player for each club, its mainly opinion, although some are relatively obvious (eg Robran).

If I was to guess who is universally considered best at each club, I would say:

Port - Ebert
North - Robran
Centrals - Platten
Glenelg - Carey (or Kernahan)
Sturt - Bagshaw (or Davies)..EDIT - I forgot Fitzgerald
Torrens - Bob Hank (or Head)
Woodville - Blight
West - Eustice??
Norwood - McIntosh
South - Darley (or Moriarty)

If you saw all of those players, how come you haven't got Bob Hank as your Torrens player. As great as Lindsay Head was I have never met a footy supporter who saw them both who thought he was better than Bob Hank. And I certainly knew a lot of people who saw them both.
