Clubs Home Match attendance's going backwards?

Spelly, do you have any data on which clubs have seen a decrease in home match attendances?

My point is to see if any of the clubs could change that with night footy if I can identify which those are and if Glenelg are amongst them?

Sturt have had a decrease over the last four years at Unley:

2008: 3451
2009: 3310
2010: 3189
2011: 2631

Glenelg have and have not over the last four years:
2008: 5158
2009: 4024
2010: 4191
2011: 4054

Thankyou Spelly that is interesting data!

Think the Bays will well and truly turn it around this season with the night footy. Sturt now not having any home games at Adelaide Oval at night will likely suffer a further drop in attendances. One would hope that their admin exhausted all the options to retain those games at another ground.

Turn what around?

2008 was distorted by the huge attendance of nearly 12,000 against Sturt ... so it's been fairly steady for the last 4 years.
