First time ever for Port, West, North and Sturt

This year is the first time in SANFL history that neither one of Port, West, North or Sturt have made the finals.
Quite amazing really.

That's a myth. That record was broken well and truly before 2000.

Edit: make that four grand finals. The first Grand Final in 1919 was a draw.

To expand on Grahaml's comment...
We missed out during the 1961-70 decade (although we won in 60 and in 71)
And if you use the argument that a decade is 00-09, we missed out between 1910 and 1919 (and won in 1920).
The current 20 year drought is the longest in the club's history.

So 1960 is not part of the 60's?I would have thought it was an integral part, being the first year of the 60's and all.
