If the highest and lowest scores remain the same, Glenelg will have become the ninth team to score the highest and lowest scores of the season:

Way to go, 'Legs of 1979. Only side in SANFL history to record the season's highest and lowest scores... against the same club!

Norwood of that era: fabulously talented but prone to periods of inconsistency and playing like millionaires.

For those who reckon the Legs will make the GF this year: in all of the time I've been alive and following them, including some extremely successful periods, Norwood has never made 2 GFs in a row. Looks like the last time was 1960/1. Exactly 50 years. The bad news for Norwood fans is that it lost both.

The only other team that hasn't played in successive GFs in the last 50 years is South.
