By my calculations, from the last 10 AFL National drafts, we have had 93 SANFL players picked up, which averages out to to 9.3 players drafted per year.
The best year for draftees was 2004 with 15 players drafted, while the year that saw the SANFL with the least amount of players recruited was 2001 with just 3.
