Port Adelaide & the formation of the Crows

Quick query, does anyone know where I can find some info/a link/website about Port's attempt to put a team into the AFL in 1990 which lead to the formation of the Crows?

I checked on YouTube recently to see if anybody had uploaded the FoxSports show about that all that. But it wasn't there unfortunately. The show they did about the birth of the West Coast Eagles is uploaded and that prompted me to look for the crows one.

If you could find a copy that might be what you are looking for. I was really sorry I missed it because it was very good apparently.

I think I've told this story before but this was a very exciting time in my life.

I was a 16 year old doing work experience at "The News", so I was right in the thick of it when the news broke and knowing about it just that little bit earlier than the rest of the world made it even more exciting.

Longest work day I've ever had, I was there until about 1am the next morning. they asked me if I wanted to stick around and help make some phone calls - as if I was going to say NO! it was madness and I was very overawed by the fact I was speaking to greats like Ted Whitten, Ross Oakley, Russell Ebert etc... for comments.
