I used to have a file somewhere that lists the week by week ladders with the year next to it - so I could sort it and konw what year it was, but now I don't. Going through the ladders manually, from 2000:

2000: Eagles 7-2, minor round 17-3
Port 7-2, minor round 13-7
2001: Central 7-2, minor round 16-4
Port 7-2, minor round 14-5-1
Eagles 7-2, minor round 14-6
Norwood 7-2, minor round 11-9
2002: Norwood 7-2, minor round 17-3
2003: Central 7-2, minor round 16-4
2004: Central 7-2, minor round 17-3
2005: Eagles 7-2, minor round 15-5
2006: North 7-2, minor round 16-4
2008: Sturt 7-2, minor round 15-5
Central 7-2, minor round 14-6
