Yes, I think that's what was worn. Each team wore one of the paired clubs guernseys.

I think Norwood/North were 4th after the minor round in both 1943 and 1944.

Port Adelaide/West Torrens: Port jumper and socks - known as The Magpies
Norwood/North Adelaide: North jumper and Norwood Socks - known as The Redlegs
Sturt/South Adelaide: Sturt jumper and socks - known as The Blues
West Adelaide/Glenelg: Glenelg Jumper and socks - Known as The Tigers

They finished third in 1943 but either way still had to come from the 1st Semi Final.
They managed both years to get some very handy ins just in time for the finals.

From the records I have, most matches were played at Adelaide Oval, but some matches were played at other grounds. Alberton had 8 matches, Glenelg 2, Norwood 9 and Unley 13. Prospect and Thebarton were not used.
