Well, the answer to what happened on February 28 1978 was the launching of Red & Blue Blooded to signify 100 years since the foundation of the club. The centenary celebrations lasted right through March (and after the premiership of course), but the significant event on that date was the book launch.

I have no idea about Michael Olsen's home town. I always thought he was a local boy because my brother-in-law played junior football with him at Payneham.
