Norths' score of 21.3 (129) on Saturday is a League first.

And as per your own list of a few years ago, North's 21 goals is the most scored with just 3 behinds.

Sorry FH, that 19.2 was scored against the Eagles, not by them. (PA 19.2 E 14.20)

In the last minor round game of 1963 North scored 21.4 (130), I think against Sturt, so maybe 21 goals 2 (128) is next on the agenda.

It may seem that 15.3 (93) has never been scored after all.

The match highlighted is:
Round 10 1910
Sturt 7.0 11.1 15.3 15.3 (93)
South 2.6 5.6 6.10 7.12 (54)
Jubilee, 3000

Going through some of the matches in the newspaper archives on line; the Register says South scored 8 out 10 points in the last quarter. The final score shows 15.5 to 7.12. The Advertiser says that "Sturt scarcely troubled the board after 'lemons'"; and gives the score as 15.3. But because the Register reports as well as recorded it, would suggest this is correct. I would hazard a guess to say because neither newspaper says Sturt did not score in the last quarter, means that 15.5 is the most likely score. Unless if anyone else can prove otherwise.

Can only agree with that spelly. The excellent volume "Sturt Football Club - everygame in detail 1901-2005" shows Sturt as having kicked 0.2 in the last quarter for a final score of 15.5. Means that the accepted premiership tables for 1910 are a little bit out.

I have found a few differences so far; the scores Ern Kolosche compiled (for which the ladders have been used in various publications) could have been taken from a limited number of papers only.

Another score involving a Sturt match was this one:

Round 11 1926
Sturt 1.1 6.7 7.7 8.10 (58)
Port 3.6 4.7 5.10 5.13 (43)
Unley, 11000

I had Ports score down as 6.10, but I have found that all newspapers have Port as 5.13 - the ladders agree and all the newspapers do. I'm not sure where I got 6.10 in the first place; it was not the Kolosche book, but that's what it had too - 6.10.

Most importantly, the win/loss records are not affected in any case.
