Highest individual premiership winners

I'm sure I have seen a thread relating to this somewhere before but will ask again, sorry...

Who are the record holders for highest amount of premierships won by individual players...

With Chris and James Gowans and Matty Slade going for possibly their 8th at this seasons end, I wondered where they stand on the list.

For some reason I have Tim Ginevar in my mind winning 7 flags with Port but not sure if there are others and with any more flags...

I'm sure I posted a thread will all premiership players in them, but this one is only between 1945 and 2006. However, no-one else has got 8 or more than the players in here.
