Both club's guernsey's were a much better colour in those days.

Agreed, and it was enhanced by the lack of sponsors logos, SANFL logos, and simple designs.

That would be Brendon Howard. (No. 2 is Terry Von Bertouch), I'm pretty sure Nunan is the player just behind the umpire.


Now that I take a closer look, the player I was talking about is Colin Casey. Nunan isn't in the pic. I was expecting him to be there, but he wasn't.

Great pic. Anyone else notice the "eyes for the ball" approach with not a tagger in sight. Even that no 10 for North didn't warrant a "match up!!!"
