4 Runners up.

Anything to do with the history of the SANFL

4 Runners up.

Has any team been runners-up in all four grades?
If one person does it, it's insanity. If millions do it, it's religion.

I've got the runners up only from 1947 onwards and the answer is no, there have been four times a team has had three runners up in one season, but not all four.

Richmond defeated North Melbourne in Under 19 GF that year.
I have not the foggiest idea which competition you are referring to Strawb.

Geelong lost the 1989 U19 preliminary final by less than a goal.
Because of a draw earlier in the finals series the U19 prelim was played on Grand Final Day.

Turned out a dirty day for the cats.
Losing all three games that day by a goal or less.

So strawb wasnt far off.
Yeah, Naah,..... Bollocks!
