Well Im going to give a new system a go with the NBA. Quite simple but effective I believe.

The Idea is to pick a team at the line ($1.90) and invest $10-, if it gets up I win approx $10.
If it loses I double the bet the next time they play to $20- (either back them or lay them), if it wins I win approx $10 overall when you take into consideration the previous losing bet.
If the 2nd bet loses I back/lay that team again for $40-, if it wins I get my $10-, if it loses I wear the loss and take it no further.

So basically you get 3 shots at getting the team right to get a collect, reasearch will help this system tremendously...will see if I can make a profit out of this as I am to build a bank for the footy season!

Dont personally like any of the other NBA games today and that will be it unless I get a lead from the US.

I thought you might double up when you win also? Fortune on four...

i know someone that does a system like that

they do it with teams they follow - liverpool and hawthorn

but they just back that team for the win.

start off with $10 and keep going, everytime the team loses they add $10 to the previous bet. Once the team wins then they go back to a $10 investment and start again. Only problem i can see with that is the team may lose 5 or 6 games and in soccer it can be more with the draw as a more common result and then they win but they may only be at $1.35, so you invest $60 to get back $13.50 for example.

But i do like your take on the system DUTCHY in that 3 strikes and you're out!!!!!!!!!

Good thoughts MT & Punk...might try Punky's system at some stage....with this one you can back the team or lay the team, just have to pick the right one, also the NBA they play 3-4 games a week so you have regular action....and yes if you get them right 3 times in a row you take the hit and move on.

good start...another thing I like about this is I only bet/lay NBA teams that I know well, some teams I just dont touch.

Dutchy I reckon all up is the way to go

well i would go the other way, increase the bets as winning by adding.

YOU CANT FOOL ME, im onto your system already. in your NBA system which is in the daily punt your losing bets have been too SAS, so you start another system where you use SAS to capitalise on PROFITS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

your not bad MT79!!!...I betting against SAS today in the system bet, dont like doing it at all. SAS are incredibly 7-0 on the road this year and have covered the line every time...amazing stuff, theve lost a couple at home but are Road warriors, hopefully not today.

just got back from watching cricket, CLE are struggling in the 2nd 1/4!!! I only trust CLE at home against the real strugglers, NYK are too inconsistent to bet against, capable on their day....mind you if I got this info before the game started I probably would have backed them!...cheers
