Tattsbet made a few site upgrades during the week.

Now the site is FAR*ED!
Had a few teething problems earlier in the week but thought they would at least be ironed out by Wed or Thurs.

But had troubles getting on to site all of yesterday. And when I did get to log in, it logged into someone else's account!!!!!
I could have gone crazy on it. If any of my bets lose I'm gonna say it wasn't me.

The site was down all night - couldn;t even look at form on there.
Now, on raceday the site is still down. Less than 90 minutes out from the start of Caulfield Guineas day.

Why the hell would they upgrade during the spring on the even of Caulfield guineas day, and Black Caviar's return?

How many heads will roll over this. Unbelievable.

the one good thing though, is when you logged in and it was someone elses account, you couldnt put a bet on anyway.

but yes its a disgrace, why the **** wouldnt they have kept the old site running until AFTER spring carnival NOT when its about to get into full gear

Not only will people move away from Tatts during this period of time, if they're satisfied with the service they provide elsewhere, people wont come back.

Poor form.

I'm in IT, (scoping, testing (including load testing) etc) and to have something go live when it's just fundamentally not working in any aspect is a disgrace. Whoever built it, and whoever pressed the button to allow it to go into production should be shot.

most punters use multiple accounts and generally Unitab is an account where i dont have large amounts in, but have some in there in case they have a mistake. only reason i have decent money in there is some angle park wed and i havent had an opportunity to make a withdrawal.

it is, ive never experienced issues like this with any of the other TAB websites

when it says next 5 races to jump... does it say like caufield 15m past etc and stuff like that and doesnt actually say the next 5.
that annoys me to.
and everything is so delayed and takes ages to load

yes that is annoying, so you have to click on racing to bring up the whole home page again to find the next meeting to jump

I've been having problems also. Eg getting logged into to someone else's account, bets not being sold, not being able to get to my account at all, that stupid logo being the only thing on the screen, some features aren't working red writing in the corner. ****'s sake

It's pretty crap.
Like being on a rollercoaster - one minute it's fine, next gone.
MT I'd be getting your money out asap - with the amout you've got in there you'd hate them to totally lose the lot

Same as said above - can't believe they chose this time of year to 'upgrade'.

I just went to the local TAB and the guy said that outlets had been notified that internet betting will be down all day. Phone betting is 'back up' although an earlier notification said that was 'disrupted'.
