Love the current sportsbet ad on TV where they show the bogans in a local TAB trying to give it that feral look.

Havent thought much of the previous ads but liked this one. Reminded me of the cretens in the Hindley St TAB

Doesn't get better than the old bloke who paints on a moustache with a womans eyeliner pencil at the Hindley TAB and wears bright yellow suits.

If you have ever looked for the TAB in the MCG at the punt road end I guarantee the "Up Sh!t creek" episode is dead set reality...

Can vouch for the Cougars at the race course. Impossible to get through without getting a grope and grind from something dressed in some form of fake fur.

Wish they could put as much effort into fixing their site ... Since they changed websites, problems I have incurred with them include:

- Being unable to multi-bet in the Jockey Challenge (most options, not all) - Customer Service told me that there was no such issue (whilst I had it open on my screen) - Emailed them the proof, got acknowledgement of the problem but no further response since (was a few months ago)

- Blackbookers not coming through consistently or at all - wasn't notified today (or the last 2 weeks for that matter) and missed a collect - For anyone with BB's on there DO NOT trust them to notify you!!

Their Customer Service has gone to the Dogs too .. Sadly I need the site for SANFL betting, but I've since resumed my Sportingbet Account and will put as little as possible through Sportsbet.

JK - sounds all too familiar

Dont like their new website layout. Quite ugly. Used to be my favourite of the bookies sites..simple, quick to load etc.

Been having massive issues as well with the site...... Live Chat doesn't want to work and the other week I was betting and a horse was showing as scratched which ended up running.... I wanted to back it, but couldn't.

It is also taking weeks to get replies to emails to customer service..... bloody joke!!

Well I got one today that I got answered within a few hours, but the second half of the email was abusing them...

Its a pain in the arse when I can't get on the live chat.... Like my email today was regarding taking so long for a market to pay... They reply 2 hours later "It's paying now..." OH REALLY!?!??!??!!

Im not sure Live Chat at the moment would provide any extra assistance MW .. Half the time you answer their questions, and then spend the next 5-20 minutes typing in "Hullo .. Is anybody there?"

I told one bloke via email, please provide me with some answers so I don't have to join Sportingbet .. There was no reply about a month later so I emailed him again and let rip about the woeful customer service.

He then responded with an apology, but then basically said "I didn't think there was any point because you're going to Sportingbet anyway"

Yeah when I could get it on, the live chat was annoying me too!!!!!!

You ask your question, they say something like please hold a second i am looking into it, and maybe 20 mins later you get a response....

Also, you have to enter in what the matter is about ... LMAO then when an agent picks up the case their first question is what is the problem? HELLO I just ******* wrote what the ******* issue/question is!!!

rang iasbet over my issue and was all sorted in a matter of minutes, so why didnt live help assist me in the same manner or at least tell me to ring up...

im in that agency now, just wasting time before a meeting, like a nursing home!!!!!!
