punters victimised again...canberra dogs sunday

from what i can gather a dog ran 2nd wearing the wrong colored rug last night & was disqualified, the placings were paid on first,third & fourth over the line...........from my pov the trainer/handler should be fined heavily, maybe suspended as well & the dog should have been made a late scratching to protect the punter who had absolutely no chance to win & that to me makes it unfair as he/she could only lose

for punting purposes a no race but give prizemoney on 1st, 3rd, 4th
