Bye Bye

Not sure if this has been covered here already this year, but I've been keeping an eye on the teams following the bye week. Excluding the teams that play each, 7 out of the 9 teams that have had the bye have lost the following week.

Anyone else been following this? Will be interesting to see how it goes over the whole season.

Carlton with the bye last week ... playing Geelong this week ... will be a real test for the system!

Interesting results. You would think the bye would be beneficial.

Lets see how it goes over a season. Keep us posted eags

the bye mid to late season will be more beneficial to teams than in the earlier part of the season

Great thread Eags
Keep up the good work

Perhaps when AFL teams get used to the bye they might prepare better for the next game
Until they do this thread has a great deal of merit
