SPORTINGBET
A Message from the CEO

Dear clients
Following yesterdays Federal Court ruling, I just want to take this opportunity to clarify Sportingbets contribution to racing in Australia and in particular, in NSW

Sportingbet has always paid all fees set by racing bodies in Australia and will continue to do so

While we strogly believe the turnover model put forward by Racing NSW is anti-competitive, we have always paid it

We have paid racing NSW $8.6m since September 2008 as part of our $34m

Representative from Sportsbet said we have always looked after our punters from day one, where the NSW TAB has screwed over punters betting through their agency making massive profits yearly.

Iconic UK Bookmaker Ladbrokes has had a change of mind ?
The chatter was Ladbrokes had looked at setting up a long leased office/offices in Melbourne Australia
Ladbrokes has apparently changed thier mind, or could not open the offices

Perhaps the recent court decision in favour of the NSWTAB may have been a reason for thier declination ?
