UNITAB POLICY CHANGE ADVICE (Transferred race meetings) - 19/07/2010

"To improve customer service, UNiTAB is pleased to announce a policy change for tote and final field fixed price race bets that have been placed before the announcement of a thoroughbred race meeting transfer.

From now on, UNiTAB retail customers may request cancellation of any such bet if it was placed before the announcement of a thoroughbred race meeting transfer to another venue or to a different track surface at the same venue.

Retail customers should make their cancellation request via an operator in any retail venue. Account customers should make their cancellation request by calling 13 19 39. Cancellation is optional and any such bets not cancelled will stand as valid bets."

Seems a good move I reckon.....

apparently the angle park dogs get some jackpots because they kept annoying the tab for them & they finally relented, according to the 5rph harness gurus the trots have asked where is our jackpots & we've been told it is all queenslands money into the jackpots for albion park.......................so i wonder when the overseas meetings jackpot where does that money go ? as i've never ever heard of a jackpot in england, south africa & the like

i'm sure more knowledgeable people than myself can shed more light onto it
