Was browsing Youtube for some SANFL footage and stumbled across these. Stunning for his dominance. Worth remembering he retired as a three year old, so impossible to say how good he may have become:

(31 length win in the 1973 Belmont Stakes, albeit against four rivals)

(Wins 1973 Kentucky Derby)

(at The Preakness - unfortunately has some distracting Superman theme music)

Also worth noting that his record in the Belmont Stakes - 2min 24 sec - remains a world record for 2400m on a dirt track - standing for 37 years. His track record over the distance of the Kentucky Derby (1.59:40) still stands today. In fact, each quarter mile (402m) run in the race was QUICKER than the one before it.

His track record of 2.24:80 over 2400m on turf at Belmont Park also still stands today.
