Good to hear Matt, she seems to be going OK too, and a good trainer

this will help explain a bit - http://greyhoundsales.proboards.com/ind ... 691&page=1

Basically Brad who ran TBS has gone missing the past few months, prizemoney hasnt been passed on, dogs havent been looked after, promises have been broken, suspect deaths of dogs (including one of mine). He owes one trainer $10k and cant get in contact with Brad, wont answer his phone or emails for months. There are a heap of other allegations also, I understand GRSA are holding an enquiry about it all.

I am an absolute shocker on judging peoples characters
Mighty Tiger and I met Brad a few years ago
I was impressed with his dream of running sydications and his plans to reserect the industry in general
I chatted with Brad and shared my thoughts
I gave him a slight warning on what a difficult assignment he was facing
But like MLK he had a dream, and Ive learnt not to discourage people with dreams
Most will falter, but a few make it happen

Looks like it has not worked out for him
He is not the first or last to crash
I was involved in this syndicate, made a sMALl loss, and had some fun as a rule

Another case of human trust appears to be a factor
Loyal and trusting people appear to have been burnt
I reckon this was not premeditated
But $$$$ is the root of all evil

Who knows why Brad is in hiding, perhaps he is in trouble
Hopefully he surfaces and has the answers, the syndicate members need finality on the matter

Thats a fair summary Mal, Brad did seem to be doing it all for the right reasons and was very enthusiastic but like any business it can go wrong, unfortuantely the way Brad has handled it since it has gone belly up is the most disappointing thing, there have been lies and no communication. If he had been honest and upfront with members most would understand.

His name is now mud and he will never again be able to participate in a sport he loves

I am currently chasing a guy who owes me a substantial amount of $$$
He has Houdinied himself and will not surface to confront me
It is a very frustrating experience
I guess a few of the Bundy boys are also in the same predicament

_____________________________________________________________________________
BRAD
I anticipate you might be reading my post right now
I dont know what sort of strife you might be in
You might have nowhere to turn
I hope things get resolved
Just a bit of advice
Put yourself in the Bundy boys shoes and then laterally think of what course of action to take
Good luck

Deception is a powerful tool.

Tax time would be interesting.

Bundy in eye of a storm
GRSA has launched a stewards inquiry into the operations of TEAM BUNDY Syndications (TBS).
Chief steward P.Marks has called TBS frontman to an inquiry on January 25 at Angle Park. Gully has been instructed tp provide all details of members and greyhounds owned by TBS. NSW stewards are conducting their own inquiry into the operation. Team Bundy Syndicates has been a prominent sponsor of GRSA run events over the past two years, and has dozens of members in SA. TBS members are being encouraged to provide information to assist stewards in their inquiries. Internet greyhound forums have been abuzz since Christmas when the Team Bundy website was taken down.

was anyone on this site involved with team bundy?

if so how much did you lose personally?

Paul Marks does a good job if he rides in the south-east and is a GRSA steward.

I had a mate who had a share in a syndicate. It was like 1/10th or something though, so like $500 max. Not 100% sure.

His dog died at somepoint. Global Fury was the name. Not sure what happened really, neither does my mate.

Global Fury is actually still alive and was retired and is now living on the couch in one of the part owners house.
