R1, No. 1 - Cerberus Gal - SA mare who showed her liking to the tight Moonee Valley track & can do it again.
R2, No. 5 - Orinoco - Unlucky in last few outings and can make amends.
R3, No. 3 - Running Riot - Last start blackbooker when terribly unlucky.
R4, No. 4 - Gotta Keep Cool - Big odds but is slowly getting up to right distance, E/W.
R5, No. 6 - Red Colossus - Smart type impressive in heavy conditions on debut. Miss with Attitude will relish the mile and is worth an E/W ticket too. Steer clear of the short price fave.
R6, No. 10 - Secret Flyer - Loves the Valley and 1200m, huge first up run over 1000m at same track when came from last to fly into third. Big odds too. Phelan Ready is also a good E/W bet.
R7, No. 7 - Avenue - A Class above.
R8, No. 13 - Alcopop - Think this horse is well above avergae, big risk with it's first time in Melbourne but should get nice pace on.

Is a much better horse than that, but tonight is his last chance this prep. If he can't run in the top 6 there's something amiss with him.

Also like Annenkov in the 4th, has won at a night meet at MV over the dist. and his 1st up run was superb.

Race 1 - $10 - Rose Syrah. One of my black bookers and I've been on it every start so far, not getting off now.
Race 2 - $10 - Set to Pounce. 2 wins have come in the slow.
Race 3 - $10 - Running Riot. Liked his last run and decent record at the distance.
Race 4 - $10 - La Rocket. Likes the Valley, likes the distance.
Race 5 - $10 - Red Colossus. I've backed Carrara in a multi, and think Colossus is the only danger. Think Carrara will win easy though.
Race 6 - $10 - Lucky Secret. Specialist at this track and distance. Thinking he will get across quickly from the gates and there won't be a massive amount of early speed. Should be able to slow them down and then won't be caught on the straight.
Race 7 - $10 - Avenue.

Won't surprise me if the Secret loses, but it is probably one of my top 3 favourite horses and won me an absolute stack in the past. Got to stick with it
