MLB season is here, kicks off tomorrow night on Tokyo...live on ESPN tomorrow night 8)

rest of the season commences next Monday.

I made plenty last season by following some respected punters, I have a method that has been very successful....bets will be 1 to 3 Units mainly, Ill post in units to make i easy, I also follow the american way of punting, when backing an odds on fav I bet to win the unit so it might be risking 1.3 units to win 1 unit, when the bet is on a team greater than evens I just risk the unit....hope that makes sense, youll get the jist once I start posting...feel free to tail along, I almost g'tee youll make $$$$.

Looks like there will be a play tomorrow but have to confirm...Cheers

alright MLB is a cash cow and this season I will prove it....first play -

Boston's offense is considerably less effective away from Fenway (.297 AVG, 5.8 runs per game at home/.262, 4.9 on the road last season). Manny and Ortiz (a combined 13/24) have worn Blanton out, but overall Blanton's career splits against the Sox are solid (2-1, 3.58, 1.35, .260). Outside of Manny and Ortiz, the remainder of Boston's projected lineup (Ellsbury, Pedroia, Lowell, Drew, Youkilis, Varitek, Lugo) is a combined 19/73 (.260) without a HR off Blanton. It's never known how the inconsistent Matsuzaka will perform, but pitching against arguably the weakest lineup in the AL, the expectation is that he can put forth a quality start, handing the ball to the bullpen, the strength of the team, with minimal damage.

Boston/Oakland Total Score Under 9.5
1 unit @ $1.95 (risk 1.05 to win 1.00 Unit)

Hey guys, think i might join in this year. Had a few wins last year but wasnt game enough to post them. Learnt a bit about the game, so hopefully might do ok!!

Thanks for the early tip Dutchy, so far, so good. 2-0 at the top of the 6th, despite some wayward pitching early from Dice-K. Not 100% sure what your talking about in regards to the "American" way of punting so youll have to explain more! Cheers

Welcome BB, the american way of punting is bascially the reverse of what we do, last night I bet 1.05 Units @ $1.95 which would have won me 1 unit, instead of betting 1 Unit @ $1.95 to win 0.95 of a unit....

Boston/Oakland Total Score Under 9.5
1 unit @ $1.95 (risk 1.05 to win 1.00 Unit) :(

OAK leading 4-3 top of the 9th only 2 outs from winning and they blow it  bad beat first up...oh well plenty more games to come....might have a play tomorrow, then season proper kicks off next Monday...
