Terry is calling his last horse race meeting today at Morphettville
He is calling in one more meeting at Mt Gambier greyhounds on Thursday

Great career as a caller, one of the best produced in South Australia

The SA bloke in Hong Kong is coming back to be the caller here.

Timmy Edwards missed out?

That only leaves Darren McCauley in Perth as the last of the “old guard” IMO.
Alan Thomas, Ian Craig, John Tapp, Wayne Wilson, Greg Miles & now Terry McCauliffe.
We were certainly blessed for great callers through the 80’s, 90’s & 2000’s...

Seen that and hated myself straight away, I had the first 4 numbers in my tri, but I had the 6 as a rover.

Did alright though, had $4 in my account and done a F4 in race 5 Belmont, collected $80 from that and then got the account up to $120 for the weekend's betting.

I'd love to know the P/L on his rides this calendar year so far. Salutes most meets, often multiple times and usually on double figure pops. A real punters pal for those that follow him.

I find Josh Parr similar, although I think it's that time of the year again post-carnivals when he pretty much only does track work til the Spring bowls around.

They mentioned the great run he’s having ATM on Tab Radio breakfast show this morning.
I reckon he’ll go close in the Grafton Cup today (I like it & the 7 at odds).

I see Willie Pike broke his own record with wins for a season yesterday.

He still shits me to tears.

12.8% win rate 38.5% place this season loss of - 3.8% Return on investment

Career similar with a slightly worse ROI.

But..........past 5 months 20% profit ROI

Liked Ron Papps describing photo finishes
"He wins by a cows brow"
"He wins by a bees knee"
There were other cliches as well
