A horrible day on the punt. Compounded by Chicago who managed to claw their way back to force overtime then blow it.

0 out of 5 today. Have given back my profits of the previous week and then some.

If it makes you feel any better Swooper, I rolled your bets into a multi (only lost $5), as I like the way you assess them.

Reckon you have a good eye for it, as Dutchy said, stay in the race there's a long way to go yet

$100 @ $1.91 on the Pacers / Boston over 198.0 tomorrow...

IMO line is about 10 - 15 points short.. this game should be up about the 210 - 215 range.
Port Power has 16 years history at Football Park...

The Port Magpies have 40 years history and the two shall never be confused or combined

Thanks for the kind words lads :D

Majority of games have sizeable lines so cant see too much value today. however the total points inn a couple of games look ok to me.

$20 @ $1.91 over 199 Memphis @ Atlanta

Read somewhere thatmemphis play at the fifth highest tempo in the league. Altho they are not the heaviest of scorers that should allow for more shot attempts and hopefully a high score. Atlanta are not adverse to a shootout either.

$20 @ over $1.91 over 200.5 Chicago @ Milwaukee

These 2 teams usually crack over 200 playing each other. Last game between these 2 sides at this arena the score ended up 151-135 or something crazy like that. Both teams dont have much scoring presence in the paint so i can see this one turning into a high paced jump shot fest.

$20 Denver -4 Vs San Antonio

Spurs have struggled since getting Manu & Parker back. They will come good at some stage but i highly doubt it will be today against a hot Denver side on their home court.

Good luck Swooper.

Been a rough few days for me on the pine. Probably the most frustrating sport to gamble on!

At least the Blazers are playing some impressive ball for a change

Cheers mate.

Blazers look real good at the minute. Thought they might have a hiccup on their eastern road trip but so far so good. Roy looks like he will get an all star gig at this rate.

Have won 13 of past 16, I must admit to being a little sceptical at the start of the season, thought we may struggle to make play-offs. Still, only early, young teams generally tire as year goes on. Fernandez has been a huge addition as a rookie.

I'm a spurs fan (was a HUGE fan of the Admiral). Strangely spurs have been playing their worst ball when they've been healthy. They are a veteran tam tho and are notorious for picking it up as the season goes along. Cant see anyone getting past the lakers in the west tho this year.

Have also put $20 on under 207 Phoenix @ Dallas.

This total looks a little high to me. Neither team has been playing the same uptemp brand of recent seasons and i think the total might have been around 203.

It was a basket at the end as well. usually they just run the clock out in that instance  I think what really cost me tho was the last 30 seconds of the first 1/4. They scored about 11 points in that time!!

Yep, extremely, about $200 of pain. :(
Its 102 points at the half, if they double that I'll be happy.
