I ran a Trife of 1-2-4-6-9 which was obviously a decent enough collect, but certainly wish I'd also taken the F4

just like a footy trip! cant remember why i backed a horse but i did and it paid out!

Was fortunate enough to have a few each way on Saturday at Flemington on a horse called No Evidence Needed. The reason I mention it is because about 5 minutes after I put the bet on I heard the guy from RadioTAB say that "I wouldn't be backing that, it's a very overated horse". I hope his "wisdom" didn't put anyone off backing it.
For mine the run of the day - other than Shocking - was Largo Lad which won race 4. It drew barrier 17, it hadn't raced since New Years day in Perth and it was last coming into the straight as the top weight of the field!

Will be interested to see who Moudre and Shoot out are up against on Saturday.

Largo Lad and Shocking (+Tri) were my main two collects for the day but still havent seen the runs.

Was a good run by Largo Lad, does love to run a good race first up. Sadly for me I had a fair bit on Jungle Ruler which led the whole way down straight till it was pipped on the line by Largo Lad.

Ive have a blackbooker running today called Onyajet. Last start at Gosford was backed in from $41 to $15 and came from last at the 200m to run third (got me the tri ). Maybe worth a ticket eachway...currently $26
