i presume 'almost a late mal' because of who bats number 6 for england.....if this is right it wont matter as it'll find the front presuming the horse goes forward

Very heavily backed with the on course Bookie from $ 1.25 into $1.20.
When the Bookie drifted it back out to $1.25 the punters rushed him forcing it back to $1.20.

Not far off there G, the 1st bet was 75/300  knocking the price from $1.25 to $1.20
The 2nd bet was much more substantial.

the 2nd bet was a german band ;)

but with the holiday bumper crowd the racebooks were sold out 30 minutes prior to the first race, fortuneately i had printed the form at home but surely the club should have printed more formguides when sold out just as a courtesy to their patrons

did anyone watch the last race at port pirie ?, mick dennis wasn't very happy with andrew gebert, dennis noticeably looked around nearing the finish line to see where geberts horse finish after a two horse war early & then had words pulling up after the race....not sure what was said but he wasn't happy & i don't blame him

yes he has dutchy but gebert has to also give his horse every chance to run the best possible placing & this didn't happen & while dennis' horse still ran second geberts horse got beaten a considerable distance, geberts stablemate ran third :-? :-? .....made no difference to me as i didn't have a bet in the race

Totally agree Bayman.
Totally incompetent drive.

What has happened in the past?
Have the trots ever been called off at GDP due to excessive heat?

How will MAL survive next week with 1 days less pay if they are called off ?

43 degrees, max temp tipped
Dont be surprised if some or all of these horses dont race till next year

I agree with BAYMAN
The first race is programmed for 6-33pm
Makes more sense to delay the start for an hour
Start them at 7-33pm, and finish at 11-00pm

The latest word is the club and sky channell are cohearsing for the one hour later start
