Or if your up and at them early with some contacts from New Zealand, then Addington is for you. I particularly like punting on these early NZ races with sportingbet because they match Unitab odds (up to $25) and with the small pools you can take advantage of some crazy dividends.

When you open up the form for a particular race you already start analysing each runners chances without actually studying anything. You either see the runners that you are familiar with and eliminate them based on your knowledge or you look for some outside influences like trainer/driver/rider/box etc.

With a bit of quick research across the internet we have found some 'expert' tips for Addington Race 1

We can do a quick form analysis based on influences like Track/Distance records. Career wins. Box stats. Early speed. Recent form and times.

To make it a little easier we should be able to find the WORST greyhound quicker than the BEST. So lets work our way from the WORST to exclude some chances.

Worst = 6 - 9 - 8

So we have excluded three chances already.

Our next bunch is 1,2,4. Now lets order the greyhounds of this bunch from best to worst.

We end up with 1-2-4

The top two so far are: 3,5.

We now have 5-3-1-2-4-8-9-6

And lets try and adjust their order by margins.

We have done the same thing for Race 2. Mind you we arn't expecting such a fantastic result as Race 1.

The WORST three runners in this race I have found are: 5-3-7. Can exclude them from the exotics.

The next bunch to analyse is 1,2,4. In my mind these runners are quite close. So we are going to put the SQUEEZE box as worse off as will need to lead here to get a clean run.

2-1-4 in order

This leaves 6,8 as our top 2. A 17.49 P.B for Box 8 with a clear run and 2/15 career wins puts the 8 on top.

I have analysed the 6 against 1,2. To see if we can change that order. I find that decideding second is HARDER than picking the winner.
