A worthy winner as well.

Good to see a horse worthy of the honour of being the last ever winner at H.P. rather than some other unknown maggot.

MONDAY 20/12
R5-7 BOB TERWILLINGER
the fav from barrier 1 looks the leader and the hardest to beat
BT has drawn its back, and should posi behind the fav
$17 in todays press and looks a place hope
PLACE
If you back it EW only have a RATIO of 1 win to 9 places

R7-8 TONY DREAVER
Tiffany Lee drives very quietly, and it suits this horse
2 has gate speed so TD might get a reasonable forward position in the run
$11 in todays press and it might be running on late for a dividend
PLACE
EW RATIO 1 win 4 places

Please only have sMALl bets on these runners

BOB TERWLLINGER lobbed 3rd but did nothing, finished about 7th
TONY DREAVER had to come out early or be blocked, ran a handy 3rd @ $2-20 place
By having more the place there were some miniscule profits

MAL hows your Maths ?
- $1 win and $9 place on Bob Terwilliger = $10 loss
- $2 win and $8 place on Tony Dreaver
3rd @ $2.20 place for a return of $17.60 = $7.60 profit

SUMMARY according to your ratios ;
- Outlay $20
- Return $17.60
So how does that relate to a miniscule profit   ;) ;)

Depends how you look at the preview
Both were listed Place bets
If you backed them for a place there is a miniscule profit
EW RATIO is for those that backem win and place, those who did made a miniscule loss

I backed them place only and made a profit
