Below are my thoughts, selections, and best bets

R1 400M NO BET
R2-5 BENJI BALE , will it ever win a race ?, still trying after 23 starts ...NO BET
R3 NO BET
R4-9 LIBERTY MAN , didnt get a run, 46 runs and still a maiden...NO BET
R5-2 MELISSANDRA BALE + 4 MR KOTZO whichever one leads should win
R5-1 SHAKE YOUR BON BON , drawn to be in the finish, likely placegetter, unlikely winner
R6 400M RACE ...NO BET

6 WHERES PANCHO if leads from the poor draw will win
5 POINT TWO OVER will try hard
4 SNOW KIST lacks gate speed but will try very very hard

RACE 8
8 RANDOM TEST is wobbly from the lids, accelerates quickly once settled, top chance
7 TOKEN CLASS early pace and perhaps the leader is the danger
1 WIDGYS WOMAN drawn for a gun run
4 OAKTREA BANDIT has dash, but against a good batch of hounds

RACE9
1 ASTON RACHAEL , inside draw its go, no luck in the heat, top chance
3 WHERES CISCO good when leads, but ordinary when headed
6 ARTHUR BEECH has good early pace and right in this
5 OUTREA OUTLAW also goes quick early, but this is a tough assignment

Nice Place dividend on SHAKE YA BONBON
I was expecting about $1-60
I ended up with $2-90 !!!!
QUIN $19-20
EX $32-10
TRI $91-50
Those dividends would have been inflated had I not bet in the race ....

Hahaha crown has nothing to do with it.

The fluctuation on the TAB odds made it impossible to actually bet to my market on win bets to the extent that I wanted too. It's all well and good to record the data, but unless you can use the data it's worthless.

I couldn't accurately bet to my exotic markets either, and naturally had to revert back to the standard form of the $10 bets and boxing exotics. But by then the damage had been done.

I've had to re-define my WIN betting.

But you live and learn. Even betfair became useless to some extent. Not as uselss as betting to the TAB odds.

So when can we expect your expert tips to be back up and running Oaksy?
I was hoping Horsham R1 in 4 mins haha

2 - 5 benji bale - place special - SCR

5 - 2 melisandra bale - should be able to LAW and perhaps the 8 as a run on dog for exotics and small place bet - BOTH unplaced

7 - 6 should be winning, 1,4,5 should fight out exotics - 6-5-7-9

8 - think 7,8 can battle out for the lead and run away with the race, the red from the inside has good early pace to be right in the mix. - 8-2-7-1

9 - 3 - 6 - 1 - 2 - think the 3 should be able to lead and hold out the 6 early which will assist it in winning. risking the 5 will be in the market and needs a lot of luck - 3-2-1-5

11 - 5 should go close to winning - go a 2x8 staking, shouldnt miss a place in an ordinary field. the 4 is capable of being able to run a drum with clear run - unplaced

What Future have we in SA when we have the 2nd most important race at Gawler clashing with the AC V PP Showdown footy game this Sunday

Surely this can be avoided in Future
Either that , or have the race on a Tuesday and give the dogs 2 extra days rest
