Cloke to be the game breaker. I like the Pies 1-39 @ $2.30 but +15.5 @ $1.62 is also an option. Not certain on it. Leave out if in doubt. Left out but on the money with both.
Essendon v GWS: You're getting not a whole lot of value anywhere with this. Usually with these thumping lines, the underdog can step up and take the bikkies. The GWS - 90.5 points line @ $1.92 looks tempting but couldn't do it with any confidence after what the Bombers did to Melbourne. Left out but on the money.
North Melbourne v Port Adelaide: Pick your draw for the first five rounds - Melb, GWS, Adel, GC, WC or Coll, Geel, Syd, Bris, Haw? Port have improved but North so hard done by. They also have a solid contested possession rate to date and if it is wet at Tasmania, this would be more than handy. Tall defender out for Port, no head coach in place, I like the Roos by 15.5+ @ $1.82. Unlucky with the late Port resurgence.
Adelaide v North Melboune: Expect Adelaide to put up a bit of a fight here but the Hawks should get the job done. Perhaps the Crows lowest score of the round is a chance with no Tex? Mind you, the forward line functioned well against Carlton without him. Hawks 15.5+ @ $1.62. Crows put up a fight. Was impressed.
Gold Coast v Fremantle: Can't believe what I saw reading the stats but GC lead in many departments, I50s, scoring shots, contested possessions, marks I50, total disposals, disposals per goal......Bennell tore Freo one at Metricon last year. Fyfe out, Pav out, Hill out, everything is pointing to an upset. GC +13.5 @ $1.92. GC disappointing at home
Richmond v Geelong: Richmond are 1 from the last 10 v Geelong, six of those at Simmonds though. Can't back them as they often shoot themselves in the foot and Jack Riewoldt's efforts v quality opposition in McPharlin last week were piss poor. Lonergan could probably do a similar number on him, failing that, Harry Taylor. Milestone match for Johnson and Enright. Geel 15.5+ @ $1.82 Did it easy.
Sydney v Brisbane: Not a lot of value about really. Sydney have juuuuuust been clearing the 40+ line in recent encounters, so I can't take that with confidence. Leaving out. Forced bet: Syd 15.5+ @ $1.22. Did it easy.
Carlton v Melbourne: Carlton 40+ @ $1.24 looks too easy. Did it easy.
West Coast v Western Bulldogs: There is some doubt in my mind here after the Bullies improved against Geelong last week, which I rate higher than the Eagles. Naitinui back now though, watch WC turn it around. WC -27.5 @ $1.20. Did it easy.
6 from 9. Not too bad going but not good enough in multi world really. My worst week so far.
