does anyone give nick dal santo half a chance? thought he had a standout year whilst players like goddard and montagna known vote getters had quieter ones and without lenny hayes in the team i reckon he could be a sneaky chance of being right up there in the votes. what is he paying?

i think swan is sensational value at $13 for the win, $3.50 for the place, 14 times this year he got more disposals then pendles. Also 12 times murphy got more possies then judd (1 time tied), i think judd is at way to short odds

Was down at the TAB at lunch time looking at what was on offer and is it just me or Mathew Pavlich @ $8.00 second in line to buddy @ $1.45?? to be the highest forward was too good to be true.
Buddy will get votes but Pav plays in the midfield and was prominant when Freo won a lot of games early.

Agreed. Pavlich will be lucky to poll eight votes. Buddy may poll that in the first half of the season.

Swan does look pretty reasonable odds at the $13 this year. His start was sound and the finish to the year very good. It's only a few weeks before the Arizona trip that he was quieter, but strongly suspect the umpires may do a "correction" of his votes this year. He ticks many of the boxes this year for a Medallist.

Judd to win (he's going to romp it in) FAIL
Judd half way FAIL
Priddis top 5 (someone has to get WC votes, why not him) FAIL
Mitchell v Boyd WIN
Priddis v Swallow WIN
Priddis WC most votes WIN
Mumford best ruck group (TAB) Dont know
Swan vs Boyd WIN

Others

Priddis - in the trenches (centrebet) - Mitchell will likely him but always chance umpires overlook him due to suspension. FAIL
Essendon any other player (Watson missed alot of games...) FAIL

Basically against Boyd and Goodes polling well.

Had a heap of other $1-$3 bets....might wind up even at the end....

Thompson, Judd, Watson, Selwood, Ablett, Swallow, Dal Santo, Goodes, Boyd, Pendlebury, Fyfe, Moloney, Boak & Cotchin @ ~39.50.

Its always the 13th leg that gets you.
