The TAB will not be betting on the FIRST25 in the CA/ML game
Hmn I wonder wonder why.....

And the astute punters who launched at the $3-80 CA
can now take the $1-50 ML on offer today

ML now $1-22 out to $1-50

This round requires a bit of lateral thinking...

Coll v Adel-
Consider Coll $2.65 @ 1-39, or just "lock in a profit"- both sides @ 1-39, to return $x. The %'s for that play= 81%, so for every $81 you invest, it returns $100. Of course you're screwed with the draw & either side 40+...

Rich v ST K-
as with the above, except this time, the %'s sit at 72%- $72 outlay to return $100.
I'm finding Richmond value, & they can afford to win.

WCE v Ess-
The Ess line represents value for me, as does WCE 1-39

Bris v Gee-
If the Cats get 2 back of the 3 who missed last week, I expect them to cover the line- which they have 15 of the last 16

Port v Freo-
Port in good form, Freo capable on the day. No value here for mine.

Syd v Haw-
History suggests Syd (5-0), but as they are struggling, & Haw chasing a top 4 berth, that history is not relevant for this game. However, the Hawks are short, & I just can't bring myself to take odds that tight- no bet here.

WB v Kang-
Kangaroos to win easily, but for 1 factor- the DOOM factor. This might be another game to lock in the profit, as the 1-39's are 68.5% (best for the round)- & these sides have fought out some close ones (last 40+ was in 2001)

Mel v Carl-
No bet.

A way to make money out of the Carl/Melb game-
Unitab have Carl $10 & Melb $16 to kick the lowest score for the round.
Given they are both going for a nil all draw, Chhhhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaarge!!!!!!!

why take the $10 and $16 for the lowest score when you said themselved they are both going for a nil all draw, you can back the draw!!!!! which will be better odds...

Just heard a rumour that 6 Fremantle players have been suspended for the port game for disciplinary reasons. Might pay to jump on Port before the odds drop.

Rumour could be true...betting has been suspended on the port vs Freo game on TAB. Not sure if you can still get on Port elsewhere...

taken from a website.

"FREMANTLE cited disciplinary reasons for dropping six players from its team to play Port Adelaide on Saturday night at AAMI Stadium.

While Fremantle is unlikely to make the finals, Saturday night's match is important because Port is trying to hold second spot ahead of West Coast.

The Dockers has announced that Brett Peake, Steven Dodd, Des Headland and Antoni Grover are out of the side for drinking alcohol mid-week.

Paul Hasleby was dropped for missing a recovery session and Dean Solomon suffered the same fate for being late to a recovery session"

And Josh Carr is suspended. Fremantle could be in serious trouble as the game is in Adelaide as well. Fremantle nothing to play for, Port playing for second spot and 2 home ground finals if they do.

Would have thought $2.25 is a very good price for Sturt. Would have thought it was a lot closer than that.

Jericho travelling to Melbourne with the crows,. Would have thought 1.20 on Central is actually fairly good considering the dogs will be desperate to end the minor round on a good note and Norwood appear undermanned.
