well for my sake, I hope not!!

any idea how long manning is out for?
i heard he had surgery on his neck just recently?

It was the last 10.

However, there is one interesting fact about defending champions heading into the start of the regular season (gamblers, take notice). In their first game of the next season, title-defending teams sport a record of 10-0-0. Especially as of late, games have been close scoring-wise, but the 2008 Steelers' week one 13-10 victory over Tennessee in overtime is the closest a team has come to losing.

Colts aren't saying anything.

NFL.com asked a doctor who has dealt with the same procedure before. Said he could resume training in 4-6 weeks and probably play another 4 weeks after that. Give or take a week.

All speculation of course.

Should have shopped around, but I had $35 on a VicTAB account from a few Brownlow bets I put down so I did it on there.

Jennings was $9 for the first TD so locked in a profit regardless :D Good start to the season after what was a pretty horrible betting season for me last year.

u gonna try keep a record like dutchy does if your gonna bet regulary on the NFL?

i might do the same...

maybe 1 or 2 bets a week on it and keep a record

Yeah i like the unders- 47 @ 1.91 on sportingbet.

I havent picked on this game as too close to call but i would have gone NO.....GB looking the goods early.

GB is a team that could do it I'd imagine.

I'm not hugely knowledgeable about the NFL but I was reasonably confident both Brees and Rogers are good at putting up points.
