LJs drive in the Kilmore Cup came back to haunt him last night i think. I have no doubt the tactics adopted on that day played a part in the decision(not suggesting it was a good one for the Kids chances) M.Peace made last night to keep Smoken Up posted. If you do the sums The Kilmore Cup SLAUGHTER probably cost Smoken Up owners $52,788 last night. M.Peace may ??? have cost his owners 3rd or 4th prizemoney squaring the ledger. And as usual the punter the person who provides the prizemoney in the first place cops it up the arse while these ego maniac imbeciles play their silly games and their even more imbecilic owners allow them to continue unpenalised.

Has anyone woke Mark Peace from his dreamland slumber yet ????
Surely he should realise his horse's ability and whats wrong with sitting one one on the back of Smoken Up especially when you know hes worked and been interfered with.
- You know he will take you all the way to the straight and IF you're good enough you peel off his back on straightening for home and come over the top of them.

May more have been knocking the driver on S.Up. 3 & 4 wide for almost the entire 2600m

Praise to Mark Peace on Cincinatti Kid  Forfeited any chance of winning or running a place by not handing up the death to Smokem Up. Surely it's up to the drivers to know their horses limitations.

i was thinking of more at the start of the race than peace's drive, that was an ordinary tactic to say the least

i think you guys are harsh on peace i think geoffrey wouldve handed up to lance thus peace wouldve still been left parked i do agree with joey they are ego maniacs however with the tactics adopted it was an entertaining race and the disscussion following race can only be good for the industry.

Just making some honest observations for future reference.
I didn't back Smokem Up, in fact i had a bit on Cincinatti Kid e.way and was livid when he continued to hold the death and basically forfeit any chance of winning.

I was brave enough to take 5 runners in that leg of my Quadrellas
I was fortunate enough to have the winner

The result suited me

However if I took Smoken Up one out as an anchor I would have been disguTTed by the tactics

Lance has to remember what goes around comes around!!!!
Ohoka Utah's drives at Kilmore and Ballarat bout 2 weeks ago are prime examples. If you don't like getting posted he should think of that next time he does it on 1 that can't win.
Mark Peace was beaten 6.2 mts he thought like most if Lance got to death he would of pushed on and got the lead. (G.W said he was unaware of smoken up galloping so if he came looking for the lead he PROBABLY would of let him go.) Peace thought around a smaller track which doesn't suit Smokey that keeping him out wider gave him a chance of beating him.
Not as if he was beaten far. Its a small margin between Champ or Chump!!!!!!!!

And Yes had smoken up 1 out in Quads all states so Not talking through my pocket.
But Never thought Mr Zion was capable of leading all the way!!!!!
So everyone can be wrong on and off the track!!!

I'm Glad i DONT hold grudges with shit drivers as i followed up on Mark Peace & CINCINATTI KID in tonights Ballarat Cup and got the chocolates with a copy book drive. $15.60 :D :D
Didn't have to be a genius to do what he did (just followed thru on the back of the leader and took the inside run up the straight) but it just shows how good this horse is driven with a sit which he failed to do in the SA cup which was well documented.
