WEDNESDAY ANGLE PK

NorMALLY not a betting day
Have a couple that should be comPETitive

R4-1 KIMBERLEY JINX
Not a betting race as I dont bet when Interstate dogs are debuting in the race
[4] MELB[5] WA dogs are over
KJ has little speed from the traps
Will keep attempting to burrow thru the field
I reckon it can be in the finish given ordinary luck

R8-1 SUSPICIOUS TINA
Has blistering early pace and should lead these for a long long long way
Will get the staggers 63m from home
If it has a break can hang on to win
Or IF run down can hang in there to be placed
The worry is I dont think its raced behind the new lure ????

Thats a couple that might go OK

FORUMITES DOGS
MATTEG has his dog
R6-4 ELLE ADDIS

RYLES KENNELS has
R8-4 AWESOME RYLES [a former LATE MAL and the sting dog, but up against Sus Tina TOMorrow]

Good luck with the dogs lads

MAL!

Awesome has never ever seen the new lure so unsure what he will think of it PLUS he is going around to put the K's back into his legs. I will be looking for him to rattle home though. He is getting ready for a crack at the DISTANCE NATIONALS so have stepped up his work load. These 500m races is just getting race fitness back into him before stepping up the distance.

Slow out
run off the track 1st turn
found interference in the run
was blocked for runs
pulled out late and ran on for a nice blackbooking 2nd
Itsa pity the 3 was scratched as I had expected it to disorganise the field on the first turn
It was a NTD race and no bet

Smokey the Bandit :) He doesnt go bad for a Giveaway LOL u wouldnt have fed him after his 1st trial at Apk it was less than flattering will be stepping him up in distance once he wins his grade 5s (hopefully wins them)

Had no confidence as i stated he still isn't 100% fit BUT once he jumped into 3rd place early only 1-2 lengths behind the leader then it was just a matter of time before he went WHOOSH. I didnt even back him (actually haven't put a cent on him since all the crap with that sting).
Time to step the distance up now. ;)

Funny little thing i have noticed on A R's form. Over the 600m distance at Angle Park he has had 4 starts and never ran a place yet the 643m at Gawler he has had 5 starts for 3 wins and 1 second. The 731m at Angle Park 6 starts for 2 wins 1 second and 1 third.

Although he is starting a lot better now in his races. The 600m at Angle Park seems to be a bogey distance for him for some strange reason.

Ella Fair and Whitey should lead this race with AR right up their backsides which will give him a great chance of running over the top of them. HOPEFULLY 8)

THURSDAY DOGS 2/9/09
R1-5 BILLS HOPE
The Two Wells whoosher is running over 515mtrs
Backing up after the unlucky 2nd Monday Night
The last time BH backed up it won , so no probs
Can see a bit of speed early as 1-2-6-7-8 all have a hope of leading
Im hoping Silly Billy misses the start and loafs at the rear and then starts its run
Silly Billy is just that, runs into dogs and finds trouble in its races
Would luv to see Silly Billy get a clear run one race too see what its capable of
Will be flassssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssshing late
PLACE

VicGirl wants to win a Grade 5 and put Silly Billy over a longer distance
I agree
Step up from 515 APK to 531 GAW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Will be one to watch when it does race in 600m+ races

DANGER RHODE r1-9 reserve
Was my blackbooker from 21/6 gawler run for a PLACE with a Gawler meeting in mind
Next time it raced was on a twilight weekend meeting
I was at the footy and didnt bet that meeting
At that meeting it ran 3rd at $21
Paid $4-40 a PLACE

R1-3 in the same race tonight
Breeding
Big Daddy Cool -Lady Batiste
How was this dog named after Bayman ???????????????????????????????????????????????

It seems strange that we hope a dog misses the start (slightly). MAL is 100% correct.... Billy has to get balanced and avoid any major checks early....
I am really looking forward to this dog getting over 600. MAL we have a new pet. I wonder if the owner would be interested in an offer?

One I like tonight - DAPTO Race 2 number 1 Northern Warrior....

Watched it win its maiden last week and was super impressive.... got caught up behind dogs a number of times- pretty much riding them, and finally got in the open and won by plenty.... threw it in my black book.....
