Players have won the Brownlow and not won the clubs B&F, read very little into it. The votes are completely different.

The more I look at it, I just can't find more than 13, at extreme optimism, for Black, and that would include a BOG in a 45 point loss

Rnd 1 - possible 2 votes at best: 2 point loss to Freo: 27 disp, 3 frees, one goal
Rnd 5 - one vote at best: 13 pt loss to St Kilda: 24 disp, 9 tackles
Rnd 6 - one at best, but think Redden would get any Bris votes here: 26 pt loss to Richmond, 34 disp, one goal
Rnd 9 - one at best, 14 pt win over Nth Melb, but Adcock, Brown, Redden in box seat: 23 disp, 3 frees against
Rnd 10 - 2 at best, 40 pt win over Adelaide. Clark, Leuenberger, Scott Thompson all vote chances: 32 disp, 7 tackles, 1 goal
Rnd 14 - 2 at best, 23 pt loss to Freo. Broughton, Pavlich excellent: 33 disp, 7 tackles
Rnd 16 - 1 at absolute best, 42 pt loss to Hawthorn, Redden probably better: 30 disposals, 7 tackles.
Rnd 18 - possible 3, outstanding, but in a 45 pt loss to North Melb: 37 disposals, 8 tackles
Rnd 21 - 1 or 2 possible: 62 pt win over Gold Coast, Leuenberger, Rockliff, Redden all good; 31 disposals, one goal.

He would need to pick up high votes in a couple of largish losses to be up there, IMHO, and is highly unlikely to poll in the round 15 win over Port Adelaide. Jay Schulz likely to get the 3 votes for Port here, for example, with 7 goals.

Sportsbet now allow multies. You can even do 10+ legs.. I did a 14 team multi.

Thompson, Judd, Watson, Selwood, Ablett, Swallow, Dal Santo, Goodes, Boyd, Pendlebury, Fyfe, Moloney, Boak & Cotchin @ ~39.50.

Who do you like for team Brownlow most votes Brent?
Any value in sportsbet's current odds?
Fyfe, Boak and Cotchin seem reasonable odds.

atm im on sylvia @$9, for most votes for melbourne, moloney last last two years similar to this year and only got 7 and 5 votes, at $1.04 way to short!! http://www.footywire.com/afl/footy/pc-m ... nt-moloney

then on these 3, alot more hopeful but every year in the brownlow I usually get 1 of these, i never bet on the favourites for brownlow:
harvey most votes for roos @13
hodge most votes for hawks @ 17 (trying to make up for last year after he just lost)
then on a heppel @34, and any other player for essedon @17 for most votes

Got on Swan and ablett at similar odds to now at midway of the season, and goodes at $41

Fyfe is great odds i think.

Cotchin, although he will win our BnF, will finish second behind Martin, just i think! martin was outstanding early when we won a few games, athough cotchin will poll well in the later stages of the year

Yeah, Cotchin and Martin will be a tough one, and one I may possibly do the same bet but with Martin also. I just had Cotchin getting home at the latter stages of the year.

Would not suprise me to see Westoff win Port, and ultimately I think it comes down to the last game against Melbourne.

 huge call CK. Apart from the showdown when he was clearly best on, hard to see Boak not topping the votes list for port.

TBH nobody from port should even get an invite :(

I agree with the other CK :) . I have Westhoff on 6, which should be enough to top Port.
