Mates went last year through a mob called Cafe Chaos or something like that, based in the city .. Could check with them.

WHILE Balaklava might not have jumps on track, for the first time ever, it will host the first leg of the annual Australia v Ireland Jumps Challenge.
The Challenge is played out over two events and for the first time this year will include a high-weight flats race as part of Balaklava Cup day.
South Australia’s Jumps Jockey of the Year, Steven Pateman, will lead this year’s Aussie contingent to try and divert the Irish from their luck.
As current reigning champs with a 22 to 12 title lead (one tie), the Irish may have luck on their side - but organisers expect this year’s impressive Australian team of Steven, Gavin Bedggood, Aaron Lynch and Emily Taylor to have its best chance yet at starting to even the score.
“We’re expecting a great result from the Aussies at this year’s event,” Thoroughbred Racing SA CEO, Jim Watters, said.
“The competition is always fierce, but with a strong Australian team and the inclusion of the nation’s best jumps rider Steven Pateman and after an exceptional season from Emily Taylor – we’re hoping we can win the trophy back from the Irish this weekend.”
It will culminate with the running of one hurdle and one steeple event on Irish Race Day at Morphettville next Saturday.
“Balaklava is one of the state’s biggest provincial race meetings and the addition of a Challenge event to cup day will provide a great spectacle for racegoers – as well as some added excitement and rivalry for the jockeys,” Mr Watters said.
“The pressure is on the Australian team this year and we’re looking forward to seeing what they can do to change the luck of the Irish and bring the Cup home this year.”
Among the riders from Ireland is infamous Roger Loughran – who gained the attention of the international media in 2005 when he mistook the winning post in one of Ireland’s biggest races, stood up in his irons and eased his mount, unaware that there was still 100 yards left to race.
Joining Roger is Alan Crowe, Patrick Mangan and Matthew Bowes.

Easy, Park your car South of the track on the dirt (by the horse stables). When ready to go home head South all the way by dirt, go through Erith then turn left at the T Junction. Take the next right (about 2km away) and head straight all the way until another T Junction. Turn left then your next right (follow the power lines from here) and this road will take you straight to Lower Light (about 30-40km). Then risk it from there. Miss the breathos in Balak, Mallala and Wakey. 8)

Sorry its long winded but Im bored! Done the Lower Light to Balak dirt journey too many times to remember

Word from the Waterhouse camp is Gai is not making the trip down with Robbie at this stage.

I have advised Mrs Waterhouse of the excellent weather forecast (I did embellish this a little) to perhaps twist her arm.

Of interest is Cybercyn with J Frew on board, who won at Adelaide Cup day paying 300/1 on the fixed price market.

Also, I like Silent Surround, due to the SS factor.
