interestingly at work last night a lad was telling me that there was an article in a racing paper suggesting that any rain in the day prior to today the track wouldnt handle it........ so did they jump the gun with the opening day?

Excuse my ignorance but what happens with the Jockey challenge at Gawler and how does it affect all up multi bets in the JC?

it will effectly have 1 less leg in the multi...
so it would be over 3 legs instead of 4 for example.

$5 on each multi combo those.

Two legs so far Brent....Colless needs to win the last to tie for you to collect.

Looks like a reasonably tough day across all venues as far as picking a winner goes..

Without seeing the odds, I like these..

Geelong - Melham, Hall
Grafton - Cahill, Lynch, Ford, Katsidis
Rocky - Missen, Patillo, Wharton
Balaklava - Price, Lever

Balaklava & Geelong seems to be the hardest IMO with no one a real standout, I reckon 6 points and you win, maybe even 5. Wharton and Patillo should be pretty short in Rockhampton with Missen an outside shot.
