Gloucester Park tonight & Ascot tomorrow

Hey lads,

I have a mate who's over in the West this weekend and will be going to the Trots tonight and GG's tomorrow.

Has asked me for any tips/info but I have NFI about the West so was wondering if any guru's could offer any advice/thoughts/suggestions?
