Im inclined to agree
IF you all got on after Clarke was dismissed, you cannot expect to be paid

IF a firm makes an error with the odds B4 the finalisation of the bet, thats different, then it becomes a moral issue if you want to take advantage
Me personally if the company has given me good service I wont take advantage
If any firm has screwed me in the past, I will take full advantage

But to bet on a decided result is as Mr Willy posts an act of cheating

Sportsbet has provided me with the best service of all Internet Bookies that I have ever bet with
In all my years of betting with them , Ive never had a grievance with them

I reckon that's all a fair call Mal, but I also reckon that altering a customers wager without warning or permission is extremely poor form.

I've only had a minimal amount on it so happy to let it slide, but their altering of the bet doesn't sit well I must admit, whereas just refunding wouldn't have caused a stir at all.

What happens if a horse race is run and the # 3 wins. However, Sportsbet still have fixed odds betting available. So you have a punt on the #3, knowing that it has already won ... do they refund the bet, pay out out on the win or give you the #3 in the next race?????

I have been paid 8) $$$$
Great decision to move the bet on to the 5th wicket ;) ....Not ....that is a horrible decision and it cost them plenty as I know several people who had 4 figures on this bet (one a former regular poster on this site). Why didnt they just refund the bet? Did they think they would honestly get to keep our cash if we had have lost the bet ? As I placed a bet on the 4th wicket , not the 5th wicket!
There would have been an uproar from me had 'caught any other' not eventuated but now as quiet as a church mouse I am,,,,,ssshhhhhh. What a gift. I doubled my account at Sportsbet with no risk.

It is poor form of them to just put it on the next event as it was totally their mistake. Great point eags about the #3 in a horse race, imagine the uproar if they had decided to do that!!

I can gaurentee they would not have taken my money if I had have lost the bet.
