The umpiring this year is more shizehausen than ever before.
Crows dudded yet again.

I could've sworn Crows player being tackled down about a minute earlier before the point inside 50 was holding the ball / incorrect disposal.

If that's paid then Essendon drain the clock anyway or at least get the ball in attacking territory.

Also, Crows supporters all emotional - two weeks in a row oppo inaccuracy has kept them in the game. They're lucky not to be winless still.

*edit* Gallant 1:52 remaining.. boot to ball.. hmm reckon it's HTB

And if Roschelle had marked the ball in the forward pocket and not shit himself for a second time the Crows probably would’ve won

Ya can’t pay a free kick after the siren

The last stoppage is with 10 secs to go, Draper lays on the ball with about 3 secs to go he gets tackled with about 2 sec to go.

Under the laws of the game once tackled you have to dispose or knock the ball out. Before he can do that the siren goes.

Game goes another 3-5 secs he’s gone. He played it smart knowing how much time was left.

Pretty sure it was Haussan (#5) but he was spot on with the call.

The siren saved him

His flopping on the ground after the game is **** funny!
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Umpire blew for a ball up before the siren went

He was waiting for a potential hold and the ball the siren would have went without a decision being made

All jokes aside it was a horrible decision and very lucky for a players whose earlier indiscretion gave a the crows a door in.

Only somewhat logical explanation could be that Draper never took possession and he didn’t drag the ball in as the ball potential rolled under him.

Nah that a couple of real poor last quarters when the game has been on the line for Rachele. He was very poor against Melbourne a few weeks ago, taking poor options inside 50.

Draper should have been pinged for holding the ball in the last 5 seconds.

The Bombers should have kicked straighter and we wouldn't be talking / laughing / getting hysterical about the last 5 seconds
Rachelle should have kept his head up and marked the ball (twice).... especially embarrassing with his new look at me Friday night hair cut
Nankervis should have held chest marks
Smith and Laird should have learned to stop kicking directly to the opposition players parked in our forward line by now.
O'Brien should have stopped giving away ruck contest free kicks
Gollant should have some capacity to play the game
Fogarty should have kicked the goal on half time.
Armchair should have set Essendon as his absolute lock selection.

There are lots of things that should have happened that would probably mean that the crows would have won... but none of them happened.

Anyone got any intel on the top 5 talent prospects in this years draft ;)

What’s wrong with Smith?
Looks slow and to be carrying more weight than usual(he’s only lightly framed anyway)

Old age finally caught up with him?
