My tickets during the minor round, Platinum level, work out around $40 per game ( reserved seat just outside the Magarey Room in the Riverbank Stand ).
That seat last week was $90.
That seat this week it's $160.

AFL's got to pay for the dog groomers, Feng Shui consultants, resort renovations, Wet and Wild exclusive day hire and prophylactics for the Quensland Hub teams somehow....

Yup im up for $193 for a seat in the riverbank stand
I was first allocated a seat on the bottom level in the rain, so I tried to change to the western stand but when I reloaded it then told me there were no seats at all left.
Thought I might have left it too late, but tried again 15 mins later and it gave me the riverbank seat.

At least you don't have to fork out for travel and accom.
For the 2011 GF the only accom I could get for 2 nights was a penthouse at the Stamford plaza. Over 1k per night!

Group of mates booked 3 Corporate suites between them at $310 per person. Doesn't seem a bad way to go given the prime seating and inclusive of grog. They did it for Port v Geel game and downed about a dozen each but then loaded their pockets with a few more stubs for after the game.

Port v Richmond is like a stamp with Tom Lynch on it. Don't know what side to spit on.
